You are responsible for providing accurate information for your menu and ensuring you have the right to use any images or logos you provide to us. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Payment and Refunds
Services are billed as per the agreed-upon pricing structure (setup fee + monthly maintenance). Payments are due upon receipt of invoice. Refunds for the setup fee are not available once work has commenced.
5. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of AbstroGfx or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The specific menu designs created for your restaurant belong to you upon full payment.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AbstroGfx be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
